Program Manager, Career Development
Current- Gather and review employee data (such as exit, engagement, talent, and headcount data) to define and map Career Development. Using this information to build Career Development Strategy while also identify gaps to create programs to enable growth for 15,000 employees- Build and Revamp Indeed's Udemy for Business for over 6,000 licenses. Moving the Udemy processing of licenses from an manual process (that took 3 hours and several teams to process) to a completely automated process utilizing Jira. I strategically obtained 3,000 more licenses within the set 6,000 license year term. By mapping out Udemy pathways I increased user adoption from 75% to 80% across all groups at Indeed by creating and delivering targeted communications (through Learn & Grow Slack Channel, etc.)- I actively create content to showcase Indeed's Career Development opportunities and resources. - Continuous partnership with teams to consult and present CareerFest materials.- I developed, revamped, and Implemented a Personal Professional Development fund available to all full-time Indeed employees. Conducted user research to understand employees needs to build policies, procedures, and resources to help guide Indeedians to the best avenue for their path.- Develop and improve guidelines for multiple programs - Offered and delivered Spot Coaching to Indeedians to help direct and map out their career pathways.
