    I worked with a team of technicians at a hospital responding to tickets for over 1500 military and contract employees. We supported 5 buildings in the area including the main hospital. Many of my ticket resolutions were creating users, imaging machines, unlocking accounts, unlocking CAC pins. It was a very professional environment where the majority of my end users were doctors and Navy Officers. I supported a Windows environment and used such technologies as Video Conferencing, Remedy, Office 2007, MDT, and troubleshooted a variety of Healthcare software. With a Secret clearance level, I was also in charge of receiving and forwarding highly sensitive and encrypted messages between the "Quarter Deck of the Navy" and Red cross.
