Lead Slack Enterprise grid engineer & architect - Completed Enterprise Grid design and deployment of 6 workspaces, merging of two into 1 global workspace, and creating 2 PHI workspaces with DLP. Managed to meet deadlines even when contractors quit. Assisted in migration of users off Microsoft to Google workspace. Only IT Member, all IT related issues came to me. Maintained and updated multiple servers(File share server, web server), Active Directory users, computers, groups), Exchange Server. I was the purchasing admin as well as system and network admin. It was my top priority to make sure there were enough computers and other network devices for the rapidly growing roster. The main project I helped with during my time there was setting up the network, conference rooms, and desks at a new office location.

In a small team of only 2 technician I was responsible for all daily IT issues. I created and maintained user accounts and groups in active directory, and maintained the security on file shares. I pushed images to new computers and maintained/updated the current images. I provided excellent customer service while troubleshooting a wide variety of hardware and software issues in a predominately Windows environment. I also created all the SOP's for any future technician onboarding in the IT department, and trained the new IT manager with those SOPs.

I worked with a team of technicians at a hospital responding to tickets for over 1500 military and contract employees. We supported 5 buildings in the area including the main hospital. Many of my ticket resolutions were creating users, imaging machines, unlocking accounts, unlocking CAC pins. It was a very professional environment where the majority of my end users were doctors and Navy Officers. I supported a Windows environment and used such technologies as Video Conferencing, Remedy, Office 2007, MDT, and troubleshooted a variety of Healthcare software. With a Secret clearance level, I was also in charge of receiving and forwarding highly sensitive and encrypted messages between the "Quarter Deck of the Navy" and Red cross.
