Recruit for call center, data entry, clerical, human resources, banking and insurance skill sets using a variety of sources to include Monster, CareerBuilder, InDeed and TWC. Conduct interviews on a daily basis to match candidates to open positions and future opportunities. Maintain relationships with consultatns that are currently working assignments to make sure all of their questions are answered and any concerns are addressed. Also, develop and maintain relationships with companies to ensure their staffing needs are being met. Oversee a team of 4 internal recruiters - responsible for training, coaching, condusting weekly one-on-ones, making sure they hit daily/weekly/quarterly goals and assisting with anything they need help with.

Recruit for Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Language Pathologists and Assistants by cold calling and posting available full time, part time and PRN job openings. Conducted in-depth phone screens and set the therapist up for new hire paperwork. Conducted new hire paperwork, set up background check, drug screen, TB test and all other necessary immunizations. Matched the therapists to the open contracts that fit their specialty. Maintained relationships with the therapists what were currently working contracts to make sure all of their questions were answered and any concerns were addressed. Also, developed and maintained relationships with Hospitals, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient facilities, Long-Term Acute Care facilities and Home Health companies in the San Antonio area. Organized Meet & Greets every quarter for recruiting and networking purposes.
