- Serve as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders, providing timely updates, detailed incident reports, and strategic recommendations.
- Lead post-incident reviews with stakeholders, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring alignment with regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Ensure collaboration across internal and external teams, including legal, IT, and operations, to maintain seamless communication throughout response efforts.
- Develop and manage project timelines, deliverables, and metrics to track incident remediation progress and maintain operational excellence.
