Simulation And Instructional Technology Technician
Run and troubleshoot medical simulations in all aspects, both high fidelity and standardized patients. Update software and hardware as needed and maintain simulation equipment (including supply management). SOP design, spreadsheet design, and file organization. Assist with QA and QC on documents and schedules. Create schedules as well as manually record with lecture capturing software Panopto. Train users and new employees on required software we use and assist with technical issues (regarding work email, timesheet records, and LMS grading software). Assist with scheduling and event creation on our LMS platform CAE. Work directly with colleagues, students, faculty, and others in a professional manor. Perform other duties as assigned, and conduct appropriately and consistent with the philosophy and mission of PNWU.
