The role includes managing and creating marketing collateral for a diverse range of clients across multiple industries. As an account manager, I aim to develop every clients digital reach through the use of social media marketing, google ranking, brand development and corporate identity.

Working in collaboration with the CEO, suppliers and client to design, prototype, manufacture and market innovative products. As the designer of the firm, I was committed to forming the most innovative forms of armour for our clients, whilst utilising high-quality protective materials. The role included forming solutions for complex design issues, determining the objectives and constraints of the product design brief as well as formulating design concepts for goods and marketing material, in collaboration with the CEO.Time was focused on preparing sketches, diagrams, illustrations, plans, samples and models to illustrate design concepts in order to provide documentation for production. This included assessing the quality, creating renders, photography, videography, reverse engineering and utilising complex 3D design tools such as sheet metal fabrication, surface moulding, point cloud data and threads to produce detailed models.

The marketing role at Specialdays introduced me to the forever-changing digital marketing industry. In my time with the company I established over 500,000 email marketing communications with clients all over the world. The company taught me about the range of contacts and how no client is identical to the next, every point of communication should be personal. My campaigns featured images that only 'Melbourner's' would know, or language that only childcare owners would discuss with, but your feet in your clients shoes.

This experience enabled me to put my studies to action. Working in Press Operations I was able to organise a range of high profile clients (Usain Bolt, country officials from competing countries, Government leaders and more), for media conferences. I was also able to build connections with press in all aspects of media, worldwide. I gained leadership through training, supervising, guiding and communicating with my group of 50 volunteers. The Games experience has changed my life!
