As a Strategic Customer Success Manager at Instructure, I partner with clients in K-12 and higher education institutions to ensure their success with Instructure's learning management systems and software. In addition to my current role, I am also a published writer, keynote speaker, and entrepreneur. I share my insights and best practices on topics such as change management, systems, diversity, equity, and inclusion with various audiences. I design and deliver training and professional development, provide 1:1 coaching, conduct data analysis, and support doctoral candidates in dissertation writing.
