I own Pete's Auto & Truck Parts, Inc,I used to consult for small businesses over the phone and in person. I did sales training, P&L and budget set up and evaluation, I helped yards convert from Powerlink or Pinnacle Classic to Pinnacle Professional, I guided them to attain URG8000 or ARA Gold Seal accreditation, I am a certified Storm Water Operator and implemented SWPPPs, I did team building exercises. Above all I helped recyclers grow and improve their businesses and their profitability. Previously, I worked with Rebuilders Automotive Supply, I was the GM at the Loveland, Colorado location of H&H Auto Parts and I spent two years at American Auto Parts, helping them achieve their goals: growing sales & profits, and becoming a great place to be a customer, an employee, or a vendor. My grandfather started Pete's Auto Parts in 1952, and I am so proud to be the 3rd generation owner! For the first 5 years of owning the business I was the sales manager, now I've stepped back from that role and am spending more time working on the business, less time in it. I do some outside sales campaigns from time to time, and I fill in here and there, I also do all of the hiring.
