Attend meetings with internal and external team members, develop timeline for action items, and assist Executive in achieving goals.- Correspondence - Answer.

Provide administrative support to approximately 125 sales associates at branch offices. Daily tasks included commission processing, creating and delivering marketing materials for sales associates, accounts payable and receivable, maintaining office calendar including sales meetings and lead line phone coverage, and event planning.

Responsible for all hiring at plant location – exempt, non-exempt, and contract employees. Led plant safety team to insure the health and welfare of over 100 production employees through regular meetings, training & education, games, and contests. Achieved over 400 days without a safety incident at assigned plant location. Collaborated with Plant Manager.
