Senior Instructional Design Analyst
Current- create digital instructional design models utilizing modern information architecture- lead concept creation to arrive at the best design solution within budget and timeline- lead new project onboarding and kickoff meetings- create engaging UI and visual design that embodies user goals and enhances learning and teaching appeal- engage editors, designers, product managers, producers, developers, and stakeholders during interaction design and product feature definition- gather requirements, sketch mock-ups, write user stories, define behavior and specs, and work closely with developers to create new interactives and learning experiences- prepare prototypes for focused usability testing- modify design or requirements based on observations during usability testing sessions- evangelize the best practices of product design and experience among all product teams- write and update documentation about the digital product creation process, specs for interactives, and production guides- support accessibility initiatives to prepare products for accessibility audit- mentor staff, vendors, and partners as needed
