My name is Amber Frazier, I am currently working part-time as an independent agent at Appen Limited, a data collection agency that helps develop and improve machine learning and AI products. I am also currently enrolled at the University Of Arizona Global Campus working on my Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Science. I was born and raised in central Texas which is where I am currently working and continuing my education. I am a first-generation, non-traditional student, who just started my college journey at the seasoned age of 40. I have over a decade in the customer service industry, half of which was spent in a management position, which has given me a sound foundation in interpersonal relations and social competencies. I have exceptional communication and complex solving skills, I am a results-oriented, complex thinker, and I am a motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic. I want to combine my current knowledge, best qualities, and my future degree to enter into a career that can take advantage of my skill sets to help others with similar backgrounds to mine.The well-known artist Pablo Picasso said, “Our goals can only be reached through a vehicle of a plan, in which we must fervently believe, and upon which we must vigorously act. There is no other route to success.”As Picasso's words depict, a goal, a plan, and effort are the arcanum to attainment. No matter what we hope to excel in or achieve, it is paramount that we set goals for ourselves. The importance of goals in one's life can not be exaggerated. It is not impossible to reach great heights in one's field or build a life for oneself that causes happiness and contentment. Nevertheless, it cannot be done without goals.
