Working in a land use planning capacity, I contributed to the drafting of development applications, conducted research for background studies/plans, and conducted research on policy & regulatory planning frameworks for potential development sites and due diligence reports. I compiled a number of proposals and analyzed the City of Toronto Zoning By-law to review and recommend parking and loading rates for various projects.

As a TA for the Academic Computing and Communications Center (ACCC) at UIC, I assisted students & professors with Blackboard learning tools and navigating the interface. As the sole Administrative personnel at this office, I answered and redirected phone calls to appropriate brokers, filed and archived confidential documents, assessing and analyzed initial quotes under guidance of brokers, ordered supplies, organized mail, and created employee invoices using Excel.
