Hr Manager- Head Of Department
Current• Responsible for ensuring the company's people policies are consistently communicated and practiced across all divisions of the corporation• Provide employees, executive management, and division managers with a wide range of HR services, manage the overall form and database for all corporate personnel records, and undertake various HR-related task assignments per executive management request• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that support the overall goals and objectives of the company• Lead the recruiting and hiring process, including developing job descriptions and identifying candidate sources• Manage and update the HRIS system and onboarding of new employee process• Develop and oversee employee training and development programs• Partner with senior management to develop and manage the employee benefits programs, ensuring competitive and equitable pay and benefits• Maintain compliance and reporting with all applicable labor laws and regulations• Foster a positive and productive work environment by promoting employee engagement, open communication, and teamwork• Craft the HR department to promote partnering with all divisions of the business
