Before that, I held the position of Corporate VP of Global Talent Acquisition at IBM, where I led one of the largest TA functions in the world across 170 countries. I accelerated the reinvention of the company's talent function and infused artificial intelligence and prediction into all aspects of recruiting. As a mother of two daughters, I strongly believe in supporting the next generation to develop the skills they will need for the future. I spend time mentoring young women and championing equity in the workplace. Additionally, I advocate for improvements in the education system to help bridge the gap between the skills students learn in school and the skills companies need.
