Using Timberline Sage 300, AIA G702/G703 and/or sites such as Textura and GCpay.- Hold weekly conference calls with corporate attorney to collaborate collections and/ or issues that may arise pertaining to a job.- Manage and organize documents in PVault software for the processing of AP and AR including but not limited to BOLs, POs, W9s, Vendor statements and COIs.- Perform daily job costing to insure costs are accurately accounted for and applied to respective jobs and to help insure a balance of stored material. - Assist with Fleet management by logging and maintaining accurate mileage and fuel costs for IFTA reporting.- Assist and support the development of branch goals as we build the reputation in Texas as the leader in the multifamily market.
