Responsible for Project Management, Content Writing, and Creative Services teams and their delivery of client projects on time and on budget within international SaaS-based software development firm. Responsible for all projects for national real estate development firm that involved regular communication and relationship management between the company and its clients. Managed assigned projects for sales department, including all fulfillment and compliance. Facilitated all Agile project management meetings including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, sprint demonstrations and sprint retrospectives. Responsible for lead disbursement, tracking and reporting to key stakeholders. Managed the coached through processes, project status reports , revenue projections and risk management through Sugar CRM software and Mavenlink.
