STRENGTHSI am a strategic leader with a whole systems view, the ability to see multiple pathways and understand the connection between seemingly disparate ideas. As a lifelong learner, I am comfortable with the unknown and the messy parts of change and growth, which assists me in facilitating brainstorming sessions and workgroups, and managing projects with cross-functional teams.APPROACHI have practical experience overcoming barriers to change in hospital environments. I love Learning, discussion, creating, the “gray" areas, and collaborating with strong teams. With 7 years of Bedside nursing experience and 8 years in the telemedicine administration space, I have a strong background in leading others, change management, implementation, strategy, and incorporating design thinking methods to my work.
