Current- Lead in-house recruiting for operations comprised of corporate headquarters and seven (7) brands with more than 1675 locations in the U.S., Canada, Latin America, Kenya and Indonesia.
- Manage all phases of full-cycle recruiting, from initial sourcing and screening through offer negotiations, and placement.
- System Administrator of ATS System
- Creatively source high-caliber candidates by leveraging recruiting software, job boards, social media, cold calling and employee referrals.
- Partner with hiring managers to discern workforce needs; define job parameters; outline desired qualifications; and source, screen, interview, qualify, and select best-option candidates.
- Plan and schedule interviews for hiring managers based on availability and liaise with candidates and third party agencies directly
