Current role involves the coordination/direction and movement of military task specific equipment within DE&S in service Management team. Liaising with both MOD NCHQ and external Equipment Authorities to ensure timely delivery of capabilities.

Communication Information Specialist Sea Rider for Flag Officer Sea Training (FOST). Coaching and mentoring National and International communications departments within a war fighting arena.

Worked with Plymouth Queens Harbour Master assisting with daily movements and planning of military and commercial shipping. During my time within QHM I lead the transition to the new MOD IT system ensuring all software and hardware was transitioned in a timely manner with little interference to our daily business.

While serving on HMS Albion as an LCIS I managed a watch of up-to 5 subordinates on a day to day basis. I was also tasked with the mentoring and coaching of the department organising relevant training and ensure that appropriate milestones where being met. I became an SME on the communications systems providing accurate direction and guidance to the command on the availability and functionality of the equipment.

During this time I served on HMS Northumberland. As an OM(C) I gained experience working in both internal and external communication departments learning the engineering basics required of an operator mechanic.
