I help eCommerce and digital sales managers break through plateaus and turnaround their online businesses to find new customers, new purchases, and grow sales.In act 1 of my career, I led sales and marketing teams for globally-recognized brands in entertainment and food & beverage. I was a pragmatic leader in each role, which maybe isn't the buzziest word, but my style consistently delivered year over year P&L growth for each business over the past two decades. These incredible teams navigated industry changes at hyper-speed, defended our brands from competition, and went on offense to win new sales unlocked by shifting preferences, shopping behaviors, and a pandemic. Making pivots and finding profitability was almost never easy, but for a puzzle aficionado like me, it sure was a whole lot of fun!Now, for act 2, I'm taking everything I know about strategic growth and breaking brands out of digital sales ruts and sharing my expertise in a whole new way.For leaders today who are struggling to find profitable growth in their eCommerce business, Hype & Harvest provides a proven framework to identify the strategic priorities that can deliver positive sales and a process for how to put those priorities in action.
