I was a pragmatic leader in each role, which maybe isn't the buzziest word, but my style consistently delivered year over year P&L growth for each business over the past two decades. These incredible teams navigated industry changes at hyper-speed, defended our brands from competition, and went on offense to win new sales unlocked by shifting preferences, shopping behaviors, and a pandemic.
