My work experience has been in the Medical, Management, Sales and Recruiting Fields. I have overall 10 years of experience in Management and Recruiting in HVAC, Machine Operator, Administrative and Janitorial industries. My experience in the medical field was a combined 5 years in Pain Management, Orthopedics, Foot and Ankle. Internal-Medicine, Chronic Care Management and Insurance Verification Specialties. I have learned many skills along the way and continue to grow and expand knowledge. My most proficient skills learned overall my past experience have been scheduling staff, training, sourcing candidates, setting up job fairs, posting ads, cold calling, setting up meeting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, continuously keeping up to date with the latest employment and labor laws.
