I have been a Clinical Dietitian at Park Nicollet Health Services for over 12 years, working with a team of medical professionals to provide evidence-based care to patients with eating disorders. I specialize in both outpatient care, where I manage a highly productive clinic schedule, reaching over 150 patients per month. I am also excited to start as a Dietitian with Dakota County WIC and use my training in public health to serve women, infants, and children in meeting their nutrition needs.My mission is to empower patients and their families to make informed and sustainable nutrition choices that support their health and recovery. I use motivational interviewing to provide effective nutrition counseling and education, tailored to each patient's needs and goals. I also have a master's degree in public health nutrition, which enhances my ability to understand and address the environmental and systemic factors that impact a person's well-being. I believe in and practice weight-inclusive care, which respects and honors the diversity of body shapes and sizes.
