Current- Evaluate existing coursework content to assess its effectiveness and appropriateness in relation to the learning objectives. Offer recommendations to content creators for enhancements.
- Analyze course completion metrics within the Absorb Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure employee population is compliant with required company and federal training requirements.
- Collaborate with department managers and trainers to determine desired learning objectives.
- Conduct end-of-course surveys to gather feedback on course content, delivery method, and knowledge retention. Utilize the feedback to implement necessary improvements to the course.
- Evaluate and collaborate with trainers to identify effective strategies for fostering continuous learning.
- Evaluate overall training plans for 7 departments to identify gaps and areas that require improvement.
