As a Business Banking Relationship Manager with Chase I manage a portfolio of commercial and non-profit clients, ranging in size from $1 million to $10 million in annual revenues. My primary focus is to build lasting relationships with my clients in order to understand their business model and vision for the future, along with the specific challenges they face each day. As a trusted advisor I am able to partner with my clients and prospects, providing world-class treasury services, merchant processing, cash management tools, and credit solutions to meet their business needs and help them reach their goals.

In this branch based, customer facing position, my primary goal was to acquire, retain, deepen and manage relationships with bank customers. Personal Bankers are responsible for generating growth in balances through the sale, marketing, promotion, and referral of products utilizing a proactive and disciplined approach. As a Personal Banker I had an assigned portfolio of customers and met with them proactively- face to face and over the phone - to discover their financial needs and provide product and service recommendations. In this role it was critical to partner with specialists (such as Loan Officers, Business Bankers, and Financial Advisors), to provide customers with access to experts for help with specialized financial needs
