My role as a Shift Leader is to assist upper management in running the pub, solo or as a team. My duties include staff training, problem solving, office based paperwork, cash handling, completing inventory though line checks, placing orders and taking deliveries in, checks in the BOH areas such as the kitchen and general staff areas for a CQSMA and being responsible for opening and closing the pub ahead and after business hours. Observing and correcting staff clears by offering guidance and imput on how to improve stock loss with staff incentive.

My role as a Team Leader was to assist management with investigations and and issues throughout the day, deal with complains and comments from customers, ensure that we were fully equipped with stock during business hours, cash handling and provide great customer service and guide the team to become the best that they could be.
