Independent contractor for Cricut. I work with creating Quilt patterns and instructions. Instructions for sewing patterns. Working on art received from illustrators and importing them into the Cricut Design Studio software.

Manage a team of up to 7 production artist individuals. Was tasked to standardize the process for the production artist. Involved in hiring and training new employees. Team had all new employees when I was hired. While in this role Cricut came out with new machines that required new skill sets that were not part of the original job. Was in charge of making sure that the other team members gained knowledge in the new skill sets. This position was to take Art from Illustrators and convert the art to work in the Cricut Design Space program. Skills developed during this time include: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, Excel, Outlook, Quilting, Sewing, Fontography.

Started as a general customer service representative. Was promoted to be in charge of all customer service emails 4 months into the job. Emails were being answered before me by 4 people. When I took over it went down to 2 people. Was able to get all the emails all answered and keep timelines. Was involved in training other customer service representatives in email. Worked on making all emails have a consistency and a formal template. Worked on creating multiple templates that could be used to answer emails quickly. Worked on organizing emails and templates. Developed knowledge in Outlook functionality to provide the quickest and best email responses. Answered escalated customer service calls that required a supervisor. Was involved in the implementation of chat functionality.

Was part of an initiative with Cricut to product demonstrate across the US. Worked in multiple different businesses such as Costco, Best Buy, and Joann's. Was able to travel across the nation to demonstrate the Cricut machine. Became a product expert for the Cricut machine and other accessory tools.
