Human Resources (HR) professional with 9+ years of experience. For 5+ years, I worked in Early Careers. My progression through various roles helped me to develop core HR skills such as recruitment, onboarding, learning & development, performance management, talent management, leadership development and diversity & inclusion. For the last 2.5 years, I have been delivering business efficiencies for TfL as a Change Project Manager in a challenging post-pandemic climate. I’ve worked on two projects across London Underground. Firstly, a £21 million technology project introducing a Workforce Management solution to 17,000 operational employees. It forms part of a wider ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) technology upgrade which will streamline our technology, tools, systems, processes and data into a cloud-based eco-system.
