Policy and negotiation research, analysis, and development related to UN climate change negotiations and other international fora. Managed inter-departmental process to build Canada's International Climate Finance package, including ECCC’s initial $1.2B Fast Start Finance to help over 50 developing countries mitigate the causes and adapt to the adverse effects of climate change.

Responsible for climate and environmental policy, corporate sustainability, clean energy and environmental technology research and advice. Managed public and private sector projects, teams, budgets, client relations and project delivery including climate strategy for leading North American transportation and logistics company; and development of provincial climate plan and mitigation target. Chaired the annual GLOBE Conference Young Environmental Professionals Forum bringing together students and young professionals with executive panelists and mentors to discuss sustainability in Canada.

Researched and analyzed environmental impacts of refrigerants in public sector capital assets, the Montreal Protocol, HCFCs and HFCs and developed policy recommendations to support the creation of provincial policy.
