Roles and responsibilities in Sales and Marketing included researching prospective clients and following-up on leads, marketing the services of the company to those clients over the phone and in person, and developing business relationships with existing clients. Other duties included staffing positions, screening and interviewing candidates, creating and placing advertisements and undertaking other candidate recruiting activities, updating candidate files, generating leads and contributing to candidate-marketing activities. Administrative support was also a responsibility and included entering resumes into the system, scheduling interviews on behalf of colleagues, setting up applicant testing and training and maintaining client and candidate databases.

This position required me to prepare, lecture, and grade approximately thirty students each semester. The classes were an hour and a half long, comprised of lectures, class activities, and group discussions.
