Born and raised in the Midwest, I am a Southern transplant who has called Charlotte, NC, home since 2008. I have 14 years of experience investigating child abuse and neglect in WI and NC. I was selected to teach documentation training and court testifying techniques to hundreds of Social Workers at the Bureau of Milwaukee Child Welfare and Mecklenburg County DSS in Charlotte due to my extreme diligence and advanced skill levels in these key areas. I was also chosen to handle high-profile cases based on my high level of professionalism, integrity, and expertise. I am a strong advocate for the underserved. Due to my passion for investigations, I recently became licensed as a Private Investigator in NC.I hold active NC (2015) & SC (2021) real estate licenses and am an investor. During my first year as an agent, part-time, I closed 89% of real estate transactions for $1.2 million in sales. I successfully connected my clients with lenders who helped them achieve their home-buying dreams. I excelled in my ability to perform comparative market analysis on properties and my clients never lost hard-earned money in the form of due diligence during bidding wars. I received the Workforce Housing Specialist Cert in 2021 which included courses on military relocation and Hometown Hero programs. As an investor, I have significant experience in determining accurate rehab and profit numbers. I am also a Project Manager and mentor for new investors. My experience includes BRRR method for fix and flips, off-market buy and holds, short and long-term rental management, creative finance, and seller-financed properties. I am versed in the process of bidding on foreclosures in NC. In 2024, I achieved Airb&b Superhost status and currently manage short-term rentals, specializing in the design and hospitality aspects of the short-term rental experience. As a Brand Ambassador, I worked events for organizations such as Dancing with the Stars, NASCAR, LEGO, The Carolina Panthers, and Gesture Pro silent auctions for various charities. With Team Bonding, I assist in corporate team bonding events for such causes as bike and wheelchair builds, the creation of military care packages, and items for animals housed at the CMPD Animal Care & Control Shelter. Giving back is most important to me. My volunteer experience includes Team Photographer and Twitter Admin for the 2019 Harding University HS football team, Meal and Care Card Volunteer with Hope Cancer Ministries, Christmas Gift Volunteer with The Tree of Hope, and providing meal service with the Charlotte Rescue Mission.
