Within this role I help ensure tasks are done in a smooth and timely manner. I frequently for each of the Allied Vehicles Group brands I gather all our social media, website and call stats and gather this data into a presentable Metrics spreadsheet for the brand mangers to review. I also manage the Mobility Solutions Instagram account to ensure our success is shared with the public and our messaging is professional and consistent. I am also able to manage my work allowing me to fit in any bespoke tasks that the brand managers or commercial director may require on an urgent basis.In my current role I am proud to have developed my skills further not only in administration but in Marketing as I have assisted with social media accounts, websites and photo shoots. Quality Control for Molecular Diagnostics (QCMD) is an independent International External Quality Assessment (EQA) / Proficiency Testing (PT) organisation. Within this organisation I worked as the EQA Administrator. Some of the tasks included gathering customer data and requests then forming this into a shipment list, this allowed for a smooth delivery from start to end to the required destination.
