About Amber Kemp
Education is much more than a career for me, it is a passion. With over 9 years of classroom experience in public education, my goal is to continue supporting teachers and students. I have dedicated mycareer to helping students grow socially, emotionally, and academically. I want to continue my mission in helping teachers feel prideful in their work and successful in their lessons. I have a strong foundation in K-12 education, specifically within K-5 English Language Arts curriculum. I taught fourth and fifth grade reading, writing, and grammar for over eight years. In the last year of my teaching career, I was a Reading Interventionist for grades K-2.I thrive in team environments and strive to exceed our goal with purpose. I was team lead during my time as an educator, as well as being elected as New Member Educator for my sorority at Texas Christian University. Whether I am working with students, mentees, teammates, oradpating technology into the classroom, I use my leadership skills to help drive results and gain supportive relationships.
