My mission is to design lasting solutions for organizations that need to grow rapidly but lack the internal capacity to build and implement effective systems for training, operations, and go-to-market initiatives.I have a proven track record in talent acquisition, revenue enablement, and talent development, collaborating with teams across industries such as finance, SaaS, healthcare, and nonprofit sectors. I’m especially passionate about everboarding, an innovative approach I’ve pioneered that shifts organizations from one-time onboarding to continuous, integrated development for every employee.
