With over 15 years of experience in people-centered program management, I have a proven track record of bringing out the best in people and organizations! I started my career providing high-level administrative support to military base commanders, Fortune 500 executives, and nonprofit management teams. My earlier experiences allowed me to successfully transition into business operations, where I leveraged my passions for people performance and operational excellence. I have had the honor to serve nonprofit, startup, and faith-based organizations, nationally, in a consultative role where I learned more about the great work their organizations were doing in the communities that they serve. I ensured each organization was fully equipped with the appropriate tools and resources to effectively carry out their missions in a way that was efficient, impactful, and in alignment with their company values and strategic goals.I am a New Jersey native, however, I currently reside in Georgia with my husband and fur baby “Philly.” In my spare time, I love to work out, salsa dance, and travel the world for pleasure and philanthropically. My volunteer work has exposed me to the beauty, essence, and richness of many cultures - Haiti, Spain, Ghana, Cuba, Palestine, Israel, Mexico, and Italy - and I have learned to fully immerse myself to maximize my impact. Of course, I hope to add a few more pins to my map! Want to connect with me to learn more?
