CurrentMy responsibilities include but are not limited to Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Disciplinary Action, Performance Management, New Hire Orientation, Organizing & Facilitating Annual Training (Fairness & Respect, Workplace Harassment, Annual Drug & Alcohol Training, etc.), Employee Leaves of Absences (FMLA, LOA, ADA), Workplace Safety/Workers Compensation, Time & Attendance, Wage Scale Analysis, OSHA Recordkeeping, EEO & AAP Compliance, and FAA/DOT Compliance across all Elliott Aviation locations (IA, IL, GA, & MN)
