CurrentHCB Center Console Yachts is the leading manufacturer of custom center console vessels (a former Mastercraft company). Responsible for the management and delivery of HCB’s overall marketing strategy; this includes the Crucero Experience™, brand marketing campaigns, print and digital presence, social media, events, and special projects. • Engineered and launched the Crucero Experience, an extensive customer program designed to build confidence in the buying decision. Created to support sales, the customer experience strengthens customer brand loyalty which ultimately leads to sales regeneration. • Oversaw construction and managed the project timeline of the Crucero Design Center. The state-of-the-art showroom is equipped with an apparel store, customer lounge, and visual displays which allow customers to touch and feel the materials that will be built into their yacht.• Serve as the main point of contact for HCB owners, overdelivering on special requests and ensuring our team provides white glove service.• Set the course for all HCB marketing initiatives. Oversee creative direction of company collateral including brochures, website, social media, photoshoots. Collaborate with and manage agencies on record.• Determine corporate event marketing calendar based on strategic goals and initiatives. Work in partnership with annexes (dealers) to elect regional events. Manage events and contracted vendors.2020-2021 calendar includes: Ft. Lauderdale International Boat Show, Miami International Boat Show,Palm Beach International Boat Show, White Marlin Open, Lake of the Ozarks Shootout, BarrettJackson Auction, & Super Bowl LIV.• Manage content on all corporate social media platforms. Monitor online advertising analytics.• Act as a factory resource for annex managers/salespersons. Assist with dealer needs.• Lead sales training, presenting in front of all HCB annexes across the nation.• Monitor, manage and analyze sales leads through online CRM system.
