I am aware of many educational platforms and tools and can be a resource to help assist students outside their schools. I have served as a cooperating/ mentor teacher for a student teacher. As a cooperating/ mentor teacher, I helped to prepare a pre-service teacher develop skills in planning, instruction, and classroom management. I document performance and conduct evaluations to provide feedback based on their progress. I have written curricula in several of the schools I have worked. As part of the curriculum writing process, I utilized my training and researched trends and best practices to design goals and objectives for each curriculum. In addition, I have been the Latin Lead and have attended and led professional development trainings.I enjoy hard work and helping others find success, I hope to push colleagues, my patrons, as well as myself for personal growth. I am committed to keeping libraries as a center of the community, where imaginations are ignited, knowledge is contagious, and communication is opened. I always work hard to provide learning and fun activities for the children I serve whether it is field trips to craft projects.
