I recruited, hired, scheduled, trained, supervised, and evaluated the home care staff. I also maintained records regarding home care members and communicated with staff, physicians, case managers, members/client’s family members, and others as needed. I planned, organized, and interacted effectively with office staff, clients, and the public.

Angels of Care, Inc. Company is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Our mission was to provide resources for our elderly, blind, and disabled clients in El Paso County, Park County, and Teller County of Colorado. We provided these communities with many social services and assist those individuals in long-term care through Medicaid. We accepted donations of food, hygiene products, pet supplies/food, and or gift cards, and other monetary forms. All donations went towards assisting these low-income individuals with their personal needs to allow them to remain independent in their homes.

As a personal care worker, I assisted clients with activities of daily living and supportive care necessary to the preservation of their home environments. As a member of a multidisciplinary team. I assisted in monitoring the health status and providing a safe environment for participants. I also promoted professional working relationships with both internal and external customers and adhered to and supported all organizational policies, procedures, and standards.
