Founded and chair PTC's fitness and wellness-focused ERG, PTC Energize, dedicated to building a global community focused on fitness and wellness for all. Our vision is to be a central hub used to plan, join, and promote wellness activities, sports, and opportunities globally; to provide motivation, encouragement, and empowerment as we each work toward our individual goals; and to promote balance and healthy perspectives.

- Manage existing global engagement events, such as Earth Week, Week of Caring, and Family Day, and innovate on the creation of new engagement events such as World Day for Cultural Diversity for Dialogue and Development and International Women's Day. - Partner with a cross-functional team to develop and write PTC's first ever Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) reports in FY18 and FY19.

- Engage with a global workforce to tell people stories that showcase our company values.- Implement a new approach to Earth Week, our global environmental sustainability-focused event, that encourages global collaboration in addition to local engagement and, in the five years since its introduction, has resulted in PTC planted nearly 15,000 trees in employee-chosen locations around the world.- Develop a management and expansion plan for the new, global digital signage system.- Found the PTC Energize ERG, an Employee Resource Group dedicated to positive fitness and wellness community and practices.
