Within this three-month ethnographic research I threw myself into the lives of the Philippine love teams. Together with my research partner, we gained an understanding of how both film-makers and fan groups understand notions of romantic love, and how this was represented throughout the work of the love teams in popular culture. AIESEC UPD created a social enterprise named Gantsilyo. Within this social enterprise, mothers of the marginalized community called 'Gantsilyo', crochet different products to make a living. During this internship I got acquainted with the concept and workings of social enterprising. Furthermore, I worked on a short ethnographic research in order to contribute to the community profile. I further helped to develop the project by contributing to the marketing plan.
