I am a recent graduate from the School of Hospitality Business at Michigan State University. As a goal-driven and opportunity-seeking person, I work constantly to expand my knowledge of the Hospitality Business industry. As shown by my work history, I have oriented job opportunities toward obtaining quality experience in the field.I’m excited to share that I have started a managerial position at J. Alexander’s Restaurants, where I’m responsible for leading a dynamic team and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. This role entails overseeing daily operations, implementing strategic initiatives to enhance service quality, and driving team performance that reflects J. Alexander’s commitment to excellence. I’m eager to contribute my skills and enthusiasm to this new challenge, and to support our team in achieving success.Previously, I worked as a server at BJ's Brewhouse, where I provided exceptional guest service and developed proficient skills in efficiency and time management. I also collaborated closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service and address any guest needs or concerns, all while maintaining a high standard of hospitality.
