Galileo Processing is an industry-leading, credit, debit, and prepaid card and payment processor. We worked with both clients (program managers) and end-user customers. As the head of the creative department, I built and oversaw the team responsible for all corporate and client communications, including websites, card plastic, and printed collateral.✓ Successfully navigated good design with banking regulations. ✓ Built an in-house design agency that became a profit center. ✓ Created full branding and collateral packages for Visa and MasterCard card programs.

Fast-paced agency work, involved in conceptualization, production and client relations. Worked on a wide range of projects including brand creation and management, web design and development, print and interactive design and production. Exposed to a wide variety of full-service aspects including production schedule management, search marketing, knowledge production techniques, testing and verification, database set up and administration.

As the Sponsorship Chair of the local chapter of the AIGA I was responsible for raising money to keep the chapter solvent. I helped organize the annual golf tournament, 100 Show Dinner and other events. In this position I learned a lot about running and funding a 501(c)3 organization and was also able to meet and work with several of the decision makers in the industry.

Created all in-house and some external communications. Brand management and further definition. Projects included quarterly newsletter to policy holders, annual reports, advertisements.

Create print promotions for five entities housed in Student Health Service. Projects include a semi-monthly newspaper article, posters, logos, letterheads, brochures, and 3-D displays.

Production work, helped with the design of a few projects, dropped off and picked up proofs from the printer and reviewed them with the client, and observed an initial client consultation.
