I taught two sections of Industrial Psychology, with approximately 40 students enrolled.

I taught 3 undergraduate courses (each with approximately 70-80 students) - Organizational Psychology, Industrial Psychology, & Personality Psychology. I also taught a graduate Quantitative Psychology Lab (15 students).

I coordinated events and served in a mentoring capacity for twelve undergraduate interns in the Clemson University REU program.

I analyzed client data, created technical reports and presentations, and assisted in the development of selection assessments.

I analyzed survey, personnel, and language proficiency test data in order to provide recommendations to the Air Force regarding the development of an officer foreign language proficiency policy and implementation plan

I examined Army recruitment and retention data in order to provide recommendations for ways to optimize recruiting costs and increase the diversity of the Army. I also analyzed survey data on skill trends among Army officers and examined the degree of shared perspectives regarding various remediation methods.

I coordinated and conducted research sessions, analyzed data, and wrote literature reviews, in addition to writing code and recording observations for various Monte Carlo simulations.

I assisted in a number of studies, gaining experience in completing rating scales, creating survey codebooks, conducting literature reviews, administering surveys, and programming web-based surveys.
