I started as a waitress and became a bar tender.

I worked in the tasting room at Eastside, which involved product education, customer service and suggestive selling techniques; poured samples at various venues and events promoting their products; and worked at sales conventions.

Bartending duties included creating the weekly fresh juice cocktail specials, making food and wine pairing recommendations, waiting tables, and opening and closing the bar.

I started as a cocktail waitress, moved into a bartending position and soon after became the head bartender and assistant manager. Duties included teaching new bartenders the house cocktails, teaching new cooks house recipes, took inventory, stocked the front and back of house, created weekly fresh cocktail specials and kept the books.
