As a multi-disciplinary design practice, NBRS works as an integrated team with expertise in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Heritage, and Interior Design. My role is to deliver operational and strategic HR advice to over 100 employees across the Eastern seaboard and ensure continuous improvement across the employee experience. As well as strategic People & Culture initiatives which range from learning and development opportunities, reward and recognition programs, employee benefits, talent attraction and retention and other initiatives.My key achievements in this role were:- Re-wrote and published Company wide position descriptions that align with the company strategic pillars - Facilitated an internal Employee Resource Group to deliver social & connection events, DEI initiatives & charitable groups- Introduced a Floating Public Holiday Initiative- Helped introduce a new company wide performance and engagement platform - Re-crafted HR processes to ensure continuous improvement i.e. recruitment, onboarding, induction, probation & exit processes- Facilitated Annual Compliance Refresher training on topics such as Occupational Work, Health & Safety, Workplace Conduct, Modern Slavery & more

Manukora is 100% New Zealand owned and operated, Manuka Honey business. We process and pack all our Manuka honey and export primarily to the U.S with some B2B Sales in the Middle East and Asian Markets. Based in the Auckland office, I was responsible for looking after a team of approx. 50 employees across the Waikato and Auckland regions. As a stand alone Human Resources Coordinator, my key achievements in this role were:- Established Company wide policies & procedures from scratch that adhere to NZ Law & Legislation- Established HR Process & Procedures i.e. recruitment, onboarding, induction, offboarding - Executed all social and connection events across two regions- Wrote & published monthly company newsletters I exited from this role due to relocating back to Sydney.

Calder & Lawson House of Travel, operates a retail or holidays team, an Orbit division specialising in business travel requirements for our corporate clients, and a Groups & Conferencing area that offers expertise in group travel. This includes working with schools, sporting associations and clubs and companies arranging conferences and meetings. We also operate Marathon Tours which offers clients the opportunity to secure an entry in one of the worlds most famous marathons and other running events. At the time of employment, we had a partnership with the government ran COVID Healthline and facilitated a call centre from our office. I was responsible for rosters, timesheets, entering payroll, taking phone calls, recruitment and overall assisting with the operations of the partnership. Once the partnership contract ceased, my role here concluded.

At the time of employment, Calder and Lawson had a partnership with the COVID Healthline and facilitated a call centre from our office. I began as an Administrative Assistant, and in this role I was responsible for the day-to-day operations of our partnership. This included tasks such as filing paperwork, answering phone calls, preparing documents and doing other small tasks as required by the Chief Financial Officer.

As a Student Ambassador, I represented the University at many events, spoke with prospective students and their parents, about everything Waikato has to offer. I promoted the University culture, campus life and overall experience. In addition, I assisted the Waikato Management School with many on-campus outreach initiatives such as event coordination, phone calling of prospective students, various Student Centre front-desk duties and campus tours.

As a tutor I managed and structured numerous weekly tutorials for students based upon weekly topics. I engaged and dealt with student feedback, questions and where necessary refered them to other support services as provided by the University. As tutors, I also provided feedback and assessed students' work whilst managing professional expectations.

I also tracked inventory levels, report any issues or shortages to management and cleaned up unwanted items from flagrant violations in-store decorum
