I am currently a stay at home mom of five children ages 17, 16, 13, 9 and 7. I have a background in teaching, coaching, training and empowerment. In 2008, I created an online health program called The Healthy Edge which also included a health coach certification program. I created the curriculum, support materials and videos for the program while also traveling and speaking across the United States to a woman dominated audience. I have moved away from this online platform to coach women one-on-one and dedicate my time to raising my children. I have flexibility during the morning until early afternoon to offer my skills of organization, writing, coaching, empowering, strategic planning, creation and implementation of ideas, etc. to an organization or business.
