As a Program Director at Victory Programs, I lead transformative initiatives that positively impact the lives of those experiencing homelessness. I manage a team of case managers, and direct care staff, and oversee the delivery of services, programs, and resources that support the Housing First model. With a Master of Science degree in Community and Organizational Leadership from University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, I am passionate about empowering communities and creating lasting change. I have developed strong skills in stakeholder engagement, leadership development, and community engagement, which I apply to foster collaboration, innovation, and advocacy. My goal is to advance social justice and equity through effective and compassionate leadership.
