As the parts manager, I was in charge of keeping our 4 stores stocked up with the day-to-day repair parts; such as apple and samsung screens or small parts. I also filled in as a receptionist, intaking customers and there devices, pre-diagnosing devices, managing our customer data system as well as keeping customers up to date on the status of their repairs. I also kept the lobby area neat and organized for our customers. As a technician, I worked on small repairs such as phone and tablet screen repairs, virus removals and tune ups, and other various repairs.

In charge of a customers front to end photography session. Shot on several different backgrounds, created personalized products and sold photoshoot set.

Responsibilities included managing employees, assigned daily store tasks and maintained company sales goals. I was in charge of covering open and closing shifts, confirming the deposits and registers where correct as well as assisting customers in their shopping experience.
