About Amber Tran
A proactive admissions officer with excellent social skills who currently study a combined degree in Master of Human Resource Management and Master of International Commercial Law at the University of Western Australian. I am also a results-driven employee. Doing a good job and achieving the desired end result is my primary motivation. While I enjoy working on a project on my own, I'm particularly motivated by the buzz of working in a team. It's very rewarding working closely with others who share the same common goal.The major strengths that I have possessed include:EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENT: I show empathy towards the feelings and motivations of others and control their behaviour in a way that improves their sense of well-being. FLEXIBLE: From being flexible, I adapt better to my surroundings, face challenges more easily and most importantly I am more effective with changes.
