-Meet and greet all incoming traffic -Provide information to prospects in person and over the phone, and serve students as needed-Return all inquiry calls/emails and make outbound calls/emails to follow up with and provide support to potential students-Maintain neat, orderly appearance of reception area and student waiting area-Assist counselors in the recruitment and admissions process-Process official Admissions documents for students-Support general admissions effort, participate in events-Maintain office accounts and supplies using Excel and place requisitions using the Banner system

-Provide support to the teacher to ensure a safe and stimulating educational environment-Ensure that students have all materials necessary for class activities-Assist students, individually or in groups, with lesson assignments to reinforce learning concepts-Transport and supervise students during lunch and recess

-Manage over 20 incoming walk-in and appointment students and faculty on a daily basis-Answer basic questions regarding to students financial aid accounts-Direct students efficiently and accurately to a counselor specific to their needs-Filed, copied, scanned, and organized documents-Assist counselors or managers with projects of important confidential documents in need of sorting

● Supervise and train team members in accordance to corporate standards and regulations● Responsible for daily cash reconciliation and associate accountability as deemednecessary● Perform clerical duties such as faxing, copying, and emailing● Assist customer with purchases and returns at customer service desk● Answer customer inquiries regarding policies, questions and products to guarantee customer satisfaction in the store and over the phone.● Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all stations● Communicate discrepancies with customer orders over the phone and in store
